Ephemera

Warpath

It's bleak, unfortunate
But I'll hold out my hand
It's a dark path
And she'll be on the Warpath
But I'm going to hold out my hand anyway

There's nothing else I want to do now
Except be your friend
And love you the way you desrve

Our ancestors have left us with death
The Warpath, a sacred forsaken death march
A headache, a stomach ache, an anxiety attack
But I'll hold my hand out anyway
If I have to walk the Warpath with you
So be it

Are we going to leave them behind?
Are we going to live our lives?
I'm following you now, Songbird
Take me to heaven or hell
Take me to the end of the Warpath
